Will Crump
President
With over fifteen years invested in building high-performance, cross-functional teams to compete in global venues, Will Crump brings a wealth of experience in team selection, alignment and motivation. Will has 12 years of management experience in software product development for consumer, OEM, and enterprise business-to-business web-application technologies. In his prior role of Global Vice President of Sales for BackOffice Associates, he led the company’s sales effort for 5 years of consecutive double digit growth and helped diversify the revenue to include new products and services in information governance.
In addition to hands-on product cultivation, Will has 10 years of senior executive experience in guiding business development, international expansion, partnerships, line of business profit & loss as well as strategy consultation to key accounts.
Outside the office, Will is an accomplished competitive sailor with National, Continental and major Blue-Water racing trophies to his name.
Will holds a BA in History from Hampden-Sydney College and an Executive MBA from the Copenhagen Business School.

David B. Woods
Principal Partner, EIM Strategy
With over twenty years of deep practical knowledge of information management strategy, information governance and data migration leadership, David is one of the industry’s most recognized and sought after voices on the key issues ailing major corporations with highly sensitive data driven systems.
David’s valuable perspective on solving key information management challenges is derived from experience as both an external consultant and as an executive leading within a Fortune 50 organization. Prior to founding DATUM, David was responsible for Global Master Data for the Johnson & Johnson Consumer Companies where he led a world-class effort in establishing an information management vision, process standardization and implementation of a leading edge portfolio of SAP data management tools. David possesses both the vision of what is possible with current technologies as well as the awareness of what is practical from a business transformation and a change-management perspective.
Outside the office, David’s advice is often sought on the golf-course where he is a distinguished amateur golfer and community contributor.
David holds a BS in Engineering from Villanova University.

Marie Klok Crump
Principal Partner, Operations
Building on a well-rounded background of business strategy and execution, Marie Klok Crump has played instrumental leadership positions for companies in the process of productizing information management services into software solutions, formulating and forging strategic alliances with major software companies such as SAP, developing communications strategies and formal relations with analyst organizations and leading sales territories for software license sales in the consumer products and high-tech industry verticals. Marie’s broad experiences enable her to consult senior executives on company strategy in addition to providing a unique perspective on working through the challenges of organizational complexity.
Marie’s prior role was VP of Strategic Marketing and Alliances at BackOffice Associates where she helped design a successful client engagement experience. Prior work also includes co-founding a software development and marketing company which built award winning e-learning solutions.
Marie holds a Bachelor in Business Economy and Management from Aarhus School of Business and a Masters in Business Administration and International Management from the Copenhagen Business School, both in Denmark.

Steve Russ
Principal, EIM Strategy
Steve Russ is an information management professional with 26 years of successful delivery experience with an expert background in supply-chain processes, SAP ERP and information governance. Steve has been a player and coach in the areas of Business Process Design, Project Planning and Management, Application Development, ERP Data Migration and Custom System Design and Implementation.
Prior to joining DATUM, Steve held the role of Risk Partner with oversight of all technology implementations of BackOffice Associates’ data governance product line from 2006-2011 where he personally managed dozens of information governance initiatives for customers across retail, consumer products, high-tech, oil & gas, financial services, life sciences and wholesale distribution industries in North America, EMEA and Latin America. Prior to BackOffice Associates Steve was a key member of the North American delivery team at SAP America.
Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Arkansas, Little Rock.

Danielle N. McQuaid
Principal, EIM Business Technology
Danielle N. McQuaid is an information management professional with extensive experience in Data Quality and Information Governance initiatives. With over 20 years of experience in system programming, configuration and customization, Danielle has an equal amount of business experience from her tenure as a manager at a Fortune 500 firm. Danielle’s practical knowledge makes her invaluable in information governance initiatives where she fluently bridges the gap between business and technology.
Prior to joining DATUM LLC in 2009, Danielle was the Director of Software Development for CranSoft, Inc. where she personally delivered the first data governance software implementation for a Fortune 5 Oil & Gas firm in 2005. The subsequent success of that product provided her the opportunity to build a thirty-person team responsible for developing and supporting a portfolio of information governance products for large enterprise accounts.
Danielle’s powerful skillset has been cultivated from experience as an internal manager at a Fortune 500 company, a Senior Variant Configuration consultant for SAP America and leading an information governance software development team for a global software company. During her time at SAP, Danielle discovered she had a natural enthusiasm for organized and methodical data validation and collaboration.
Danielle holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Purdue University.

Educated in India, Germany, and the United States, Ranjit Sen founded Diversified Engineering in 1976, an engineering firm specializing in industrial automation systems. Acquired in April 1998 by U.S. Filter Corporation, a public company, Mr. Sen served as Vice President and General Manager for U.S. Filter Corporation while overseeing the integration of the Diversified Engineering business. Mr. Sen founded CXI in 2000 to service the growing demand for IT services for Large Enterprises in the Mid-Atlantic region of the United States. With a customer relationship centric focus, Mr. Sen grew CXI to include application management, SAP ERP implementation, business intelligence and analytics, IT support and offshore development with nearly 400 employees across North America and India. In 2010, CXI was acquired by Stefanini IT Solutions a global SAP Partner.
Richard Patton

Mr. Patton is a successful entrepreneur, investor and business leader with experience in technology development, banking and finance as well as large commercial development projects in connection with VFL Technology Corporation acquired by Headwaters Inc., Eagle National Bank as well as VFL Development Corporation. Mr. Patton's successes include effective planning and execution around large transactions such as mergers and acquisitions in addition to long-term financing for new market development which provides the Strategy Advisory Board critical insight for corporate development. Mr. Patton has a Bachelor of Science from Florida Atlantic University.

Ms. Young is a senior executive with over 25 years' experience in the investment industry including Chief Investment Officer and Managing Director at NewMarket Capital Partners, LLC as well as Managing Director and Senior Executive roles at Alliance Capital Management, Hyperion Capital Management and Fischer Francis Trees & Watts. Ms. Young's experience in analyzing and valuing corporate strategy along with formulating high performance teams to create and enhance new business verticals makes her a significant addition to the Strategy Advisory Board.
