Ed Coleman, Non-Executive Advisor
Edward Coleman, also known as Ed, is CEO of CIOX Health, a healthcare information management company that provides timely, accurate and secure exchange of clinical information across the healthcare ecosystem. Previously, Ed served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Unisys Corporation from 2008 through 2014. Prior to joining Unisys Corporation, Ed served as Chief Executive Officer of Gateway, Inc. from 2006 to 2008; as Senior Vice President of Arrow Electronics, Inc. and President of its Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions business from 2005 to 2006; as Chief Executive Officer of CompuCom Systems, Inc. from 1999 to 2004 (as Chairman from 2001 to 2004); and in various leadership roles at Computer Sciences Corporation from 1995 to 1999. Ed also spent nearly 17 years in various leadership roles at International Business Machines Corporation ("IBM").
Ed serves as a director of Lexmark Corporation and Ameren Corporation.
Ed is a graduate of the College of William & Mary with a degree in economics and earned his MBA from Indiana University.
Patricia Young, Independent Advisor
Ms. Young is a senior executive with over 25 years' experience in the investment industry including Chief Investment Officer and Managing Director at NewMarket Capital Partners, LLC as well as Managing Director and Senior Executive roles at Alliance Capital Management, Hyperion Capital Management and Fischer Francis Trees & Watts. Ms. Young's experience in analyzing and valuing corporate strategy along with formulating high performance teams to create and enhance new business verticals makes her a significant addition to the Strategy Advisory Board. Ms. Young has a Bachelor of Arts from Indiana University and a Masters in Business Administration from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Richard Patton, Independent Advisor
Mr. Patton is a successful entrepreneur, investor and business leader with experience in technology development, banking and finance as well as large commercial development projects in connection with VFL Technology Corporation acquired by Headwaters Inc., Eagle National Bank as well as VFL Development Corporation. Mr. Patton's successes include effective planning and execution around large transactions such as mergers and acquisitions in addition to long-term financing for new market development which provides the Strategy Advisory Board critical insight for corporate development. Mr. Patton has a Bachelor of Science from Florida Atlantic University.
G. Waddy Garrett, Chair Compensation Committee
Waddy is President of GWG Financial, LLC, an investment and consulting company located in Richmond, Virginia. For 25 years he served as chairman and CEO of Alliance Agronomics, Inc., a regional manufacturer of fertilizer and distributor of ag-chemicals and seed, located near Richmond. During this time, Mr. Garrett served a term as president of the National Fertilizer Solutions Association, the national industry trade group. Prior to that, he served as a Lt. Commander in the U.S. Navy aboard several nuclear submarines. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of five other public and private companies, including Cadmus Communications, Reeds Jewelers, Willard Agri-Service, Harmony Products and New Life Technologies.
Mr. Garrett holds a B. S. in Marine Engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy and an M. B. A. in Finance from Harvard University. He is a graduate of the Navy Nuclear Propulsion School, and he has completed the Agribusiness Executive Management Academy at Purdue University. He was a member of the board and Executive Committee for Dominion Bank-Richmond. Mr. Garrett also served as a director of County Bank of Chesterfield and then Commerce Bank following their merger.
Martin Roesch, Non-Executive Advisor
Martin Roesch founded Sourcefire in 2001 and serves as its Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and a member of its Board of Directors. For more than a decade, Roesch has dedicated himself to developing intelligent tools and technologies for numerous government and multinational customers. Roesch has received a host of awards for his technology innovation and vision. Most recently, he was recognized as a 2010 Security Superstar by Everything Channel's CRN magazine for the value his innovations provide partners and customers, and was selected as one of eWeek's Top 100 Most Influential People in IT. Roesch holds a B.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Clarkson University.
